Cindi Treadwell-McConnell: Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Treadwell-McConnell, a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Arkansas and Texas, joined Air Transport International in June 2000, after working for Continental Airlines, Inc., in Houston, Texas.

Mrs. Treadwell-McConnell was the Managing Director of Finance at Continental and held various other positions including Managing Director of Corporate Accounting and Director of Financial Planning from October 1996 to June 2000.

Prior to her experience at Continental, she worked for Ernst and Young, LLP for eight years as the Audit Manager on the Continental Airlines audit in the Houston office and as an Audit Senior for various clients in the Little Rock office.

Mrs. Treadwell-McConnell has a B.S. degree in Accounting with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She also completed her Master’s of Business Administration, with honors from the University of Arkansas Executive MBA Program in December 2002.

Mrs. Treadwell-McConnell has three children. She is an active member of St. Margarets’s Episcopal Church. She recently served as President for the 2008-09 school year of the Parent’s Association at Pulaski Academy (PA), the school two of her children attend. She serves as the Treasurer and Membership Chair of the Arkansas Repertory Theatre’s Young Artist Guild and is very active in their fundraising efforts. In addition, she is active in fund-raising for Arkansas Cancer Research Center, specifically for lung cancer research, in memory of her father, who passed away in 2003 and Lexie’s Smile, a sub-organization of the World Facial Cranial Foundation, created in honor of her four-year old niece, Lexie Walker.

Mrs. Treadwell-McConnell enjoys theatre, reading, cooking and spending time with her children.
