Barbara Bender: Vice President, Human Resources

After twelve years in working in a treatment environment, Ms. Bender transitioned her skills from families to organization and founded a Human Resources Consulting Firm which she managed for 12 years. She then became Vice President of Human Resources for Mountaire. For the past 30 years she has held Human Resources leadership positions that included both national and global leadership.

From a global Human Resources perspective, Ms. Bender has conducted extensive communication training in Europe and North America. As Director of Human Resources for an IT corporation she has provided Human Resource leadership for Europe, Middle East, Asia, North America and South America. In this capacity she was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources as they related to nine countries.

As a member of the Little Rock community for the past forty years, Ms. Bender has served on numerous committees. She was appointed to the Governors Task Force for Children and was a member of the Little Rock Executive Association.
