• Served in many capacities in airline management and operations. Career spans some thirty years, primarily devoted to FAR Part 121 Supplemental Air Carriers.- • Experience includes Air Carrier Certification and start up, along with day-to-day management in positions as Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, Director of Marketing, Director of Training, Director of Flight Control, Vice President of Safety and Training and Vice president, Regulatory Affairs, among others.
- • Has over 13,000 flight hours in worldwide experience as a captain and as a check airman in both line and simulator environments.
- • Graduate of the University of Southern California’s Aviation Safety Program, holds a Bachelor of Science in Law, Juris Doctorate Degree and Master of Laws in International Air & Space Law from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands.
