Air Transport International Establishes Pilot Career Path Program with Silver Airways
WILMINGTON, Ohio – January 4, 2023 – Silver Airways, a Fort Lauderdale-based airline, has established a partnership with Air Transport International in Wilmington, Ohio, to provide a career pathway for Silver Airways pilots to land in an ATI flight deck.
This innovative working relationship creates a dual recruiting team that allows for streamlined operational knowledge in pilot proficiency standards and a specified path to apply to ATI, a world-class operator of Boeing 767 and 757 aircraft.
The program will allow Silver Airways pilots to be eligible to transition to a pilot position at ATI after at least 18 months or 1,000 flight hours with Silver, contingent on training, licensing, and background checks.
Air Transport International and Silver Airways share synergies of providing superior customer service to their clients by exceeding expectations, and this partnership was built to meet this goal.
